SADB Directional Drilling - Advisory Board
The SADB Directional Drilling Advisory Board has the following charter;
- Drive strategic direction
- Provide advice and suggestions on major issues at the time
- Drive sustainability through developing clear manageable objectives
All directions and actions from the Board ensure that the impact on SADB’s three key stakeholders – our clients, our staff and our business, have been thoroughly examined and considered, before moving forward.

General Manager - Peter Clemente
Peter was appointed as General Manager in 2006 to administer and lead an organisational restructure and deliver policy objectives.
Peter’s main focus within SADB is on strategic direction delivery and management of the organisation’s structure, staff, systems capabilities and culture which is in direct relation to the delivery of the company’s values to the key stakeholders. He focuses on SADB achieving its key performance indicators which include financial, client satisfaction, workplace safety, work quality, staff management and training.
Peter’s 20 years of professional business management experience supported by his professional training, qualifications (MBA and GAICD) and positions held on business and non-for-profit boards, has paved the way for outstanding results for SADB since 2006.
Business Development Director - Michael DeVizio
Michael is a pioneer and has extensive knowledge of the directional drilling industry, not only within South Australia and Australia but some parts of the world. SADB Directional Drilling has built strong alliances and long term partnerships due to Michael’s hard work and immense network of contacts. He spends his time developing better solutions for SADB’s clients, to constantly ensure maximum efficiencies are reached
Michael has a business degree, which assists him understand the intrinsic issues that a business and or government department experience when trying to reach a successful outcome on projects. He has spent time in Singapore, USA, Dubai and all the eastern states of Australia working within the directional drilling and Civil industry over the past 15 years.
